减重步行训练对早期脑卒中偏瘫患者心肺功能的影响 被引量:3

The Influence on Cardiopulmonary Function of early Stroke Patients by Weight Support Treadmill Training

摘要 目的:探讨早期开展减重步行训练对脑卒中偏瘫患者心肺功能的影响。方法:将病程3个月内、偏瘫肢体Brunnstrom≥II级的稳定性脑卒中患者64例,随机分为实验组和对照组各32例,对照组只进行传统康复训练;对实验组买施传统康复训练+BWSTT训练。治疗前后检测心肺功能相关参数,评价BWSTT对脑卒中后偏瘫患者心肺功能的影响。结果:两组治疗后6MWD、METmax、VO:max/Kg和VEmax较治疗前升高(P〈0.05);治疗后,实验组的6MwD、MET、VOzmax/Kg和VEmax均高于对照组(P〈0.01):6MWD与METmax、6MWD与V02max/Kg、V02max/Kg与VEmax间相互存在一定的相关性(P〈0.05)。结论:早期脑卒中偏瘫患者在传统的康复治疗基础上实施减重步行训练,能较好地改善患者的心肺功能。 Objective: To investigate the influence on cardiopulmonary function of early stroke patients by weight support treadmill training. Meth ods: 64 cases of patients that fit the duration of three months and Brunnstrom〉II grade in hemiplegia limbs were randomly divided into experimental group and control group, the control group only used the traditional rehabilitation, the experimental group used traditional rehabilitation and BWSTT training. Test the cardiopulmonary function parameters before and after the treatment, and evaluated the effects on cardiopulmonary function of stroke patients after BWSTT training. Results: After the treatment, the two groups' 6MWD, METmax, VO^max/Kg and VEmax had got higher (P〈 0.05); the 6MWD, METmax, VO2max/Kg and VEmax in experimental group were all higher than those in control group (P〈0.01); there was a cer tain correlation in 6MWD and METmax, 6MWD and VO2max/Kg, VO2max/Kg and VEmax (P〈0.05). Conclusion: The implementation of weight support treadmill training based on traditional rehabilitation on early stroke patients can improve the cardiopulmonary function of patients.
