Yun San-zhen Combining with head shake correction treating 60 Cases of Cervical Vertigo

目的：探讨晕三针配合仰头摇正法治疗颈性眩晕的疗效。方法：将120例患者随机分为治疗组和对照组，治疗组采用晕三针配合仰头摇正法治疗，对照组给予常规针刺，比较两组临床疗效。结果：治疗组总有效率为91．7％，高于对照组的76．7％（P〈0．05）。结论：晕三针配合仰头摇正法治疗颈性眩晕效果显著，可明显改善患者的临床症状和颈椎曲度，值得临床推产应飓，

Objective： To investigate the curative effects ofYun San-zhen and head shake correction treating cervical vertigo. Methods： 120 patients were randomly divided into treatment group and control group, treatment group was treat with Yun San-zhen and head shake correction , control group was given routine acupuncture, the clinical efficacy was compared between two groups. Results： The total effective rate of treatment group was 91.7%, higher than that of control group by 76.7% （P〈0.05）. Conclusion： Effects of Yun San-zhen and head shake correction treating cervical vertigo is significant, which can obviously improve the clinical symptoms and the cervical curvature, being worthy of clinical promotion and application.
