摘要
目的：探讨抗甲状腺球蛋白抗体（A—TG）、抗甲状腺过氧化物酶抗体（A—TPO）不孕不育的相关性，为临床诊治不孕不育提供一定指导。方法：选取不孕不育患者80例作为观察纽，并选取同期体检健康者80例作为对照组，测定并比较其血清中A—TG和A．TPO水平。结果：观察组ATlA总阳性率为25．O％，高于对照组的17．5％（p〈0．05）；ATA导致反复流产率为16．3％。结论：A．TG、A．TPO与不孕不育存在一定的相关性，ATA水平可以作为不孕不育的重要检测指标。
Objective： To investigate the correlation between antithyroglobulin antibodies （A-TG）, antithyroid peroxidase antibodies （A-TPO） and infertility, providing some guidance for clinical diagnosis and treatment of infertility. Methods： 80 cases of infertility patients were observation group, selecting 80 healthy persons as control group in the same term, to determine and compare the levels of A-TG and A-TPO in serum. Results： The total positive rate of ATA in observation group was 25%, higher than that in control group by 17.5% （P〈0.05）; the rate of ATA leading to recurrent abortion was 16.3%. Conclusion： There is kind of correlation between A-TG, A-TPO and infertility, levels of ATA can be used as an important indicator of infertility.
