摘要
目的探讨老年胃癌患者行胃癌根治术的相关风险因素。方法对58例老年胃癌患者的术前状态、手术方法、胃癌病理情况及术后并发症等多个因素进行分析,并对其中具有统计学意义的因素进行多因素Logistic回归分析。结果术前有年龄、性别、白蛋白、前白蛋白、CD4/CD8值、伴随疾病、手术时间和手术方式等8个指标可评测,CD4/CD8值和手术时间进入Logistic回归分析,即两者是胃癌患者的危险因素。经分析CD4/CD8值和手术时间与术后并发症发生相关(P<0.05)。结论 CD4/CD8值和手术时间是老年胃癌患者手术的风险因素。
Objective To discuss relevant risk factors of radical operation for elderly gastric cancer patients. Methods Preoperative state, choice of operational methods, pathological condition and postoperative complications of 58 elderly patients with gastric cancer were studied by multi-factor Logistic regression analysis. Results Age, gender, albumin, prealbumin, CIM/CD8, comorbidity, operation time and surgical procedures were evaluated, CIM/CD8 and operation time have entered into Logistic re- gression analysis, these 2 factors were risk factors for gastric cancer patients. CD4/CD8 and operation time were related to postop- erative complications （ P 〈 0.05 ）. Conclusion CD4/CD8 and operation time are risk factors for senile gastric cancer patients.
