高聚生在晚期肝癌腹腔积液治疗中的应用效果

Highly Agglutinative Staphylococcin for Advanced Liver Cancer Ascites

目的观察高聚生在晚期肝癌腹腔积液治疗中的应用效果。方法对临床46例诊断为肝癌并恶性腹腔积液的患者进行分组观察。对照组给予常规化疗及抽取腹腔积液,观察组在对照组基础上给予高聚生腹腔注射。观察治疗后腹腔积液缓解率以及不良反应发生率。结果观察组治疗有效率达到78.26%,高于对照组的47.83%(P<0.05)。不良反应发生率方面,观察组为47.83%,明显低于对照组的91.30%(P<0.05)。结论化疗基础上配合高聚生,能够有效缓解恶性腹腔积液,同时能降低药物不良反应的发生。

Objective To observe highly agglutinative staphylococcin for advanced liver cancer ascites.Methods 46 patients with liver cancer and malignant ascites were observed.Control group was treated with conventional chemotherapy and extraction of ascites.Observation group was given highly agglutinative staphylococcin intraperitoneal injection.Ascites remission rate and incidence of adverse reactions were observed after treatment.Results Efficiency of the observation group was 78.26%,it was higher than that of the control group(47.83%)(P<0.05).The incidence of adverse reactions in the observation group was 47.83%,it was significantly lower than 91.30% of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Chemotherapy combined with highly agglutinative staphylococcin can effectively alleviate the occurrence of malignant ascites,improve the efficacy and reduce adverse reactions.
