推拿针灸配合中药治疗退行性膝关节病临床观察

Clinical Observation on Massage and Acupuncture Combining with Chinese Medicine Treating Degenerative Knee-ioint Osteoarthritis

目的：探讨推拿针灸配合中药治疗退行性膝关节病的临床疗效。方法：将80例患者随机分为观察组和对照组，两组患者均予中药治疗，观察组患者在此基础上进行针灸、拿治疗，比较两组临床疗效。结果：观察组总有效率为95．O％，高于对照组的87．5％（p：0．05）。结论：推拿针灸配合中药治疗退行性膝关节病疗效显著，安全可靠，副作用少，值得临床推广使用。

Objective： To investigate the clinical efficacy of massage and acupuncture combining with Chinese medicine treating degenerative kneejoint osteoarthritis. Methods： 80 patients were randomly divided into observation group and control group, both were treated with Chinese medi cine, observation group added therapy of acupuncture and massage, the clinical efficacy of two groups were compared. Results： The total effective rate of observation group was 95%, higher than that of control group by 87.5% （P〈0.05）. Conclusion： The efficacy of massage and acupuncture com bining with Chinese medicine is significant, which is safe and reliable with less side effects, being worthy of clinical promotion and application.
