老年COPD重症呼吸衰竭患者应用无创正压通气疗效分析

Efficacy Analysis of Senile COPD Patients with Severe Respiratory Failure with the Application of Non-invasive Positive Pressure Ventilation

目的：研究分析老年COPD重症呼吸衰竭患者应用无创正压通气的疗效。方法：选取我院56例老年COPD重症呼吸衰竭患者分为治疗组和对照组各28例，对照组采用常规疗法，治疗组采用常规疗法加无创正压通气，对比两组治疗效果。结果：治疗组总有效率为91．86％，明显高于对照组的78．57％（P〈O．05）。结论：无创正压通气治疗老年COPD重症呼吸衰竭具有显著疗效，值得推广应用。

Objective： To study the efficacy of senile COPD patients with severe respiratory failure with the application ofnoninvasive positive pres sure ventilation. Methods： 56 cases of elderly COPD patients with severe respiratory failure were divided into treatment group and control group, each of 28 cases, control group received conventional therapy, while treatment group adopted routine therapy and noninvasive positive pressure ven tilation, to compare the efficacy of two groups. Results： The total effective rate of treatment group was 92.86%, significantly higher than that of con trol group by 78.57% （P〈0.05）. Conclusion： The curative effects of non.invasive positive pressure ventilation treating elderly COPD patients with se vere respiratory failure are significant, being worthy of popularization and application.
