综合疗法治疗肩周炎58例疗效观察

Efficacy Observation on Treating 58 Cases of Scapulohumeral Periarthritis by Comprehensive Therapy

目的：观察综合疗法治疗肩周炎的疗效。方法：采用针刺、推拿、局部封闭、功能锻炼相结合的综合方法治疗肩周炎58例。结果：治愈37例，显效21例，治愈率为63．7％，有效率为100％。结论：综合疗法治疗肩用炎具有良好的疗效。

Objective： To observe the efficacy of treating scapulohumeral periarthritis by comprehensive therapy. Methods： 58 cases ofscapulohumer- al periarthritis patients were all treated by comprehensive therapy which combined with acupuncture, massage, partial closure and functional training. Results： 37 cases were cured, 21 case were effective, the cured rate was 63.7%, while the＇total effective rate was 100%. Conclusion： It has a good ef- fect on scapulohumeral periarthritis that treated by comprehensive therapy.
