阿昔洛韦联合调理汤治疗单纯疱疹病毒性角膜炎疗效观察

Efficacy Observation on Acyclovir Combined with Tiaoli Decoction Treating Herpes Simplex Keratitis

目的：观察阿昔洛韦联合调理汤治疗单纯疱疹病毒性角膜炎的疗效。方法：将168例单纯疱疹病毒性角膜炎患者随机分成治疗组和对照组，治疗组应用阿昔洛韦及本院自制调理汤治疗，对照组单纯应用阿昔洛韦治疗，观察两组临床疗效。结果：治疗组治愈率高于对照组，治疗时间少于对照组，副反应发生率及复发率均低于对照组（P〈0．05）。结论：阿昔洛韦联合调理汤治疗单纯疱疹病毒性角膜炎能够有效提高患者的治愈率，缩短治疗时间，减少用药副反应及降低复发率，值得临床推广。

Objective： To observe the curative effects of acyclovir combined with tiaoli decoction treating herpes simplex keratitis. Methods： 168 pa tients with herpes simplex keratitis were randomly divided into treatment group and control group, treatment group with the treatment of acyclovir and selfmade tiaoli decoction, control group were treated with acyclovir, the clinical efficacy of two groups were observed. Results： The cure rate of treatment group was higher than that of the control group, time of therapy was less than that of the control group, incidence of side effects and recur rence rate were both lower than those of control group （P〈0.05）. Conclusion： Acyclovir combined with tiaoli decoction treating herpes simplex kerati tis can effectively improve the cure rate of patients, shorten time of therapy, reduce side effects of medication and lower recurrence rate, being worthy of clinical application.
