摘要
目的：观察针灸配合整脊手法治疗颈源性头痛的临床疗效。方法：将230例患者随机分为治疗组和对照组，治疗组采用针灸结合整脊手法治疗，对照组采用针灸结合牵引治疗，比较两组临床疗效。结果：治疗组VAS评分低于对照组，愈显率高于对照组（P〈0．01）。结论：针灸结合整脊手法治疗颈源性头痛疗效显著，值得临床推广应用。
Objective： To observer the efficacy of acupuncture combined with manual spine-reduction on cervical headache. Methods： 230 cases of pa- tients were randomly divided into treatment group and control group, the treatment group used the treatment of acupuncture combined with manual spine-reduction, while the control group combined with traction, and compared the efficacy of two groups. Results： The VAS scores in treatment group was lower than that in control group, and the markedly effective rate was higher than that in control group （P〈0.01）. Conclusion： The efficacy of acupuncture combined with manual spine-reduction on cervical headache is significant, which deserves clinical promotion and application.
