痛点阻滞联合膝周神经射频毁损治疗膝骨关节炎临床观察 被引量:1

摘要 目的:观察痛点阻滞联合膝周神经射频毁损治疗膝骨关节炎的t临床疗效及不良反应。方法:将66例患者随机分为B组和R组,B组予膝周痛点阻滞治疗,R组予痛点阻滞联合膝周神经射频毁损治疗,观察记录患者治疗前、治疗后3天、1个月、2个月的VAS评分、疗效评价及不良反应。结果:R组治疗后3天、1个月、2个月的VAS评分均低于B组,优良率均高于B组(P〈0.05);两组患者均未见明显不良反应。结论:痛点阻滞联合膝周神经射频毁损治疗膝骨关节炎疗效显著、安全可靠,值得临床推广应用。
