摘要
目的:观察痹痛巴布剂对五种致痛动物模型的镇痛作用。方法:分别观察痹痛巴布剂(熟附子、制川乌,细辛、桂枝、透骨草、威灵仙、黑老虎、两面针等)对冰醋酸、热板法、电刺激所致小鼠疼痛,热辐射、慢性关节炎所致大鼠疼痛的扭体潜伏期及次数、热痛阈、电痛阈和炎性疼痛评分的影响。结果:痹痛巴布剂能显著延长冰醋酸致痛小鼠扭体潜伏期(P〈0.01)、减少小鼠扭体次数(P〈0.01),提高小鼠热痛阈、电痛阈及大鼠热痛因(P〈O.01P〈0.05),降低炎性疼痛评分(P〈0.01)、提高运动评分值伊〈0.011。结论:痹痛巴布剂有较明显的镇痛作用。
Objective: To observe the analgesic effect of BiTong cataplasm on five animal models. Methods: With acetic acid, hot-plate, electrostimu- lation pain in mice, and thermal radiation, Chronic Arthritis pain in rats, Writhing Latent Period, Writhing Frequency, Thermalgesia Liminal Value, Voltage Threshold were tested. Results: Writhing latent Period were significantly prolonged(P〈0.01), Writhing Frequency were significantly reduced (P〈0.01), thermal threshold and Voltage Threshold in mice, Thermalgesia liminal Value and Motor score in rats were significantly increaced(P〈0.01 or P〈0.05), Score Value of Chronic Arthritis pain was significantly lower(P〈0.01). Conclusion: BiTong Cataplasm have a certain analgesic effects.
