摘要
:UV B处理的水稻幼苗 ,叶片的膜透性、O2 · 净产生速率及 MDA含量显著增加。在 UV B处理初期 ,活性氧防御酶系统中的 SOD和 CAT活性比对照增强 ,但随着处理时间的延长 ,SOD和 CAT活性明显下降 ;POD活性受 UV B处理抑制。这一结果表明 ,UV B降低了细胞内活性氧自由基的清除能力 ,膜脂过氧化作用加剧 ,最终导致伤害效应。
Rice(Oryza sativa L.) seedlings were grown with 13.56 kJ m -2 UVB simulating level predicted to occur with 25% stratospheric ozone depletion. Membrane permeability of leaf tissue, as quantified by measurement of electrolyte leakage, was obviously increased by UVB irradiation. The net rate of superoxide radical (O 2 · ) production and malondialdehyde(MDA) content were markedly enhanced by UVB exposure. Protective enzymes against activated oxygen ,including superoxide dismutase(SOD), catalase (CAT) and peroxidase( POD), were decreased in leaves of seedlings treated by long term's UVB exposure. It may be concluded that UVB injury to membrane was correlated to O 2 · accumulation which promoted lipid peroxidation, while excessive O 2 · production may be caused by the inhibition of protective enzymes against activated oxygen.
