摘要 目的:探讨轻度认知功能障碍(McI)与血脂及血浆同型半胱氨酸(Hcy)水平的关系。方法:测定56例McI(治疗组)7L65例健康体检者(对照组)的血脂及血浆Hcy水平,并进行对比研究。结果:治疗组血清胆固醇(Tc)、低密度脂蛋白胆固醇(LDL—c)及血浆Hcy水平均高于对照组(P〈0.05)。结论:轻度认知功能障碍与血脂及血浆Hcy水平升高有关。 LIU Hou-lin (Neurology Department, Jining First People's Hospital, Jining, Shandong 272000) Abstract Objective: To investigate the relationship between mild cognitive impairment (MCI) and homocysteine (Hcy) level of blood fat and plasma. Methods: 56 patients with MCI (treatment group) and 65 healthy testers (control group) were determined the homocysteine (Hcy) level of blood fat and plasma, and the comparative study was made. Results: Serum cholesterol (TC), low density lipoprotein cholesterol (LDL-C) and plasma Hcy levels of treatment group were all higher than those of control group (P〈0.05). Conclusion: Mild cognitive impairment is related with Hcy level of blood fat and plasma increased.
