射频联合臭氧行选择性神经根阻滞术治疗老年性腰椎间盘突出症 被引量:6

摘要 目的:探讨射频联合臭氧行选择性神经根阻滞术治疗老年性腰椎间盘突出症的安全性和有效性。方法:我科60岁以上腰椎间盘突出症患者129例,C形臂下行经皮穿刺射频联和臭氧行选择性神经根阻滞术,术后观察疗效及疼痛度。结果:术后半年VAS评分较术前、术后第1天、出院时均明显较低(P〈0.05);术后24h总有效率为89.14%,出院时为100.00%,术后半年总有效率98.44%。结论:c型臂下经皮穿刺射频联合臭氧行选择性神经根阻滞术治疗老年性腰椎间盘突出症安全有效。 Objective: To evaluate the safety and efficacy of radiofrequency combined with ozone for selective nerve root block treating senile lumbar disc herniation. Methods: 129 patients, above 60 years old, with lumbar disc herniation in our department adopted percutaneous radiofrequency and ozone for selective nerve root block with C-shaped ann, to observe the postoperative efficacy and Pain degree. Results: VAS score after operation of six months was significantly lower than those before operation, after surgery of first day and discharging (P〈0.05); the total efficiency of postopera- tive 24h, discharging and postoperative semester were 89.14%, 100% and 98.44%. Conclusion: Percutaneous radiofrequency and ozone for selective nerve root block with C-shaDed arm treating, senile lumbar disc herniation is safe and effective.
