摘要
目的：探讨高压氧分度治疗中耳气压伤的效果。方法：将高压氧致中耳气压伤患者23例随机分成对照组12例和治疗组ll例，对照组停止高压氧予药物治疗，治疗组予高压氧分度治疗，观察两组疗效。结果：治疗组总有效率100．00％，高于对照组90．91％（P〈0．05）。结论：高压氧分度治疗中耳气压伤效果显著，安全方便，可推广基层医院应用。
Objective： To study the effects of middle ear barotrauma with indexing treatment of hyperbaric oxygen. Methods： 23 patients with middle ear barotrauma induced by hyperbaric oxygen were randomly divided into 12 cases of control group and 11 cases of treatment group, control group with drug treatment without hyperbaric oxygen, treatment group received index treatment of hyperbaric oxygen, to observe the curative effects of two groups. Results： The total effective rate of treatment group was 100%, higher than that of control group by 90.91% （P〈0.05）. Conclusion： Middle ear barotrauma with indexing treatment of hyperbaric oxygen is remarkably effective, safe and convenient, which can be applied in primary hospital.
