空间环境对区分籼粳类型一些性状的诱变作用研究 被引量:10

摘要 利用高空气球搭载 ,使粳稻品种中作 59的干种子处于海拔 3 0~ 3 5Km高空 8H后回收种植 ,并对SP1 4代的 60个稳定株系 ,调查了区分籼粳类型有关的 6个性状的变异情况。结果表明 :谷壳苯酚染色反应 ,秧苗 KCl O3 抗性、稃尖茸毛长度、谷粒长宽比、种子萌发天数等均出现连续性变异 ,在变幅的两端 ,可明确区分出具籼特征和粳特征两种类型。而与典型籼稻品种杂交 F1,可育花粉也出现连续性变异 ,变幅在 0 .72 %~96.2 2 %之间。在 60个株系中有 8个株系 ,在所调查的 6项指标上 ,均出现籼型特征 ,有一些株系为籼 -粳中间类型突变。因此认为 ,在空间环境条件下 。 The cultivated Japonica rice“Zhongzuo 59”seeds were carried by high space balloon under high space conditions of 30~35Km from sea level for 8 hours in 1998.In this paper,it were investigated that the variation of 6 characters identified between Indica-Japonica in the 60 mutant lines of the SP14 generation by selfed.The results as follow.The variation were continual in the hull colour reaction of phenol,the days of seed germination,the resistance to KClO 3,length of seed peak hair,ratios of length to width of seed.But the both extremity of the variation range can be clarified two types of Indica and Japonica;The vatiation were continual in male sterility of hybrid F 1 that the mutants crossed with Indica tester.The range of variation of F 1 pollen fertility were 0.72%~96.22%.This results indicated that compatibility of hybrid in the mutants were mutation.There were 8 mutant lines in the 60 mutant lines investigated showed Indica type in the 6 identifying characters,others had Japonica or middle between Japonica and Indica characters.So,it were considered that the Indica type rice and middle between Japonica and Indica can be mutation from japonica which treated by high space condition.
