针药合用改善脑中风患者肢体功能和日常生活能力

The Combined Use of Acupuncture and Medicine Improving Limb Function and Activities of Daily Living of Stroke Patients

目的：观察针灸联合药物对脑中风患者康复的影响。方法：168例脑中风患者随机分为对照组与治疗组各84例，分别采用药物治疗与针灸联合药物治疗，两组均予以肢体康复训练，2个疗程后观察两组疗效。结果：治疗组总有效率为91．7％，明显高于对照组81．0％（P〈0．05）；治疗组肢体功能、Barthel日常生活能力评分均高于对照组（P〈0．05）。结论：康复训练基础上针药合用可有效提高脑中风的临床治愈率，改善患者日常生活质量，疗效优势显著，值得临床推广。

Objective： To observe the effects of acupuncture and medicine on rehabilitation of stroke patients. Methods： 168 cases of stroke patients were randomly divided into control group and treatment group with each of 84 cases, which adopted drugs therapy and acupuncture combined with drug therapy respectively, both with rehabilitation training, the effects of two groups were observed after 2 courses of treatment. Results： The total ef- fective rate of treatment group was 91.7%, significantly higher than that of control group by 81% （P〈0.05）; scores of limb function and Barthel daily of living activity of treatment group were both higher than those of control group （P〈0.05）. Conclusion： Based on rehabilitation training, the com- bined use of acupuncture and medicine can effectively enhance the clinical curative rate of stroke and improve daily life quality of patients, ,being worthy of clinical promotion with obvious clinical advantages.
