穿心莲内酯对新西兰兔实验性高脂血症的调血脂作用研究

Efficacy Studies in Andrographolide Regulating Blood Lipid on Experimental Hyperlipemia of New Zealand Rabbits

目的：探讨穿心莲内酯对新西兰兔实验性高脂血症调血脂的作用。方法：SPF级新西兰家兔雌雄各半36只，随机分为6组：正常对照组、模型对照组、非诺贝特组、穿心莲内酯高、中、低剂量组，对照组给予普通饲料饲养，其余各组给予高脂饲料50g，造模喂养4周后，按照分组继续进行高脂饲料喂养，对照组同法灌胃给予等体积蒸馏水，连续给药4周。末次给药后1小时耳动脉采血，测定血清血脂水平。结果：与模型对照组相比，穿心莲内酯高、中、低剂量组新西兰兔血清TC含量明显降低（P〈0．01），穿心莲内酯高、中剂量纽新西兰兔血清TG、LDL—C含量明显降低（P〈0．01），穿心莲内酯高、中、低剂量组新西兰兔血清HDL．C含量明显上升（P〈0．01）。结论：穿心莲内酯能明显改善新西兰兔实验性高脂血症的血脂水平。

Objective： To investigate the effects in andrographolide regulating blood lipid on experimental hyperlipemia of New Zealand rabbits. Methods： SPF New Zealand rabbits, half male and female of 36, were randomly divided into 6 groups： normal control group, model control group, fe- nofibrate group, andrographolide group of high, medium and low dose, control group was given ordinary feed, the others were given high-fat diet 50g, after feeding 4 weeks, control group with intragastric administration of distilled water, the others continued high-fat diet in accordance with grouping, with successive administration of 4 weeks. Serum lipid levels were determinated by ear arterial blood after lh of last administration. Re- sults： Comparing with model group, serum TC of New Zealand rabbits in andrographolide group of high, medium and low dose decreased significant- ly （P〈0.01）, as well as serum TG, LDL-C of New Zealand rabbits in andrographolide group of high and medium dose （P〈0.01）, serum HDL-C of New Zealand rabbits in andrographolide group of high, medium and low dose significantly rose （P〈0.01）. Conclusion： Andrographolide can obvious- ly improve blood lipid level in experimental hyperlipidemia of New Zealand rabbits.
