摘要
目的：观察针刺对免疫性不育症雄性大鼠血清一氧化氮（NO）的影响。方法：60只SD大鼠分为治疗组、西药组与对照组，主动免疫法成功建立血清AsAb阳性大鼠模型后治疗组予针刺治疗，西药组予西药治疗，对照组予生理盐水。结果：治疗组血清AsAb7LNO水平较对照组与西药组明显降低（P〈0．05）。结论：针刺治疗免疫性不育症雄性大鼠能降低大鼠体内NO水平，调节大鼠体内紊乱的免疫状态。
Objective： To observe the effects of acupuncture treating nitric oxide of male rats with immunologic infertility. Methods： 60 SD rats were divided into treatment group, western medicine group and cotrol group, after successfully establishing rat model of positive serum AsAb with active immunization, treatment group was treated with acupuncture, western medicine group with western medicine, control group with normal saline. Re suits： Levels of serum AsAb and NO of treatment group were significantly lower than those of control and western medicine group （P〈0.05）. Conclu- sion： Acupuncture treating nitric oxide of male rats with immunologic infertility can reduce NO level and regulate the immune disorders of rats.
