高校辅导员工作压力现状以及影响因素的实证研究——以四川省高校辅导员为例

The Empirical Research of University Instructor' s Job Stress and Influencing Factors——Take the University Instructors of Sichuan Province as Example

高校辅导员是学生思想政治教育者,学生世界观、人生观和价值观的指导者,他们的身心健康影响到整个教育事业的发展。采用《高校辅导员工作压力调查问卷》对四川省高校辅导员进行调查研究,结果显示:首先,四川省高校辅导员普遍感受到工作压力,其中学生安全和工资待遇带来的压力很大,行政部门、职位晋升、专业发展和工作负担带来的压力比较大;其次,在人口统计学因素上,性别、老师专业、婚姻状况、任期年限、年龄影响着辅导员工作压力状况,其中专业和工作年限对总体压力影响,在不同维度上存在极其显著性差异。

University instructors are the students＂ ideological and political educators and mentors of outlook towards the world, life and values, so the instructor＇s physical and mental health affect the development of education. We adopted ＂the Questionnaire of University Instructor＇s Job Stress to survey university instructors in Siehuan province. The re- suhs showed： （1）Job stress is widely felt among university instructors in Sichuan province, in particular, the safety of students and wages cause great job stress. The administrative departments, career promotion, professional development and workload also cause job stress. （2）Among the factors of demography, gender, age, major, marital status, years of working and age have an impact on university instructor＇s job tress. The impact of major and years of working on job stress is distinctively different in different dimensions.
