摘要 在表演教学中,对创造型人才的培养是至关重要的。这就要求教师不断地改进教学方法,提高自身专业技能和素质,使学员在学习过程当中开拓思维,成为具有创造性的艺术人才。培养学生的创造力离不开对学生想象力的培养。想象是演员进行形象思维的重要前提,在整个创作中,想象是引导演员的先锋。艺术教育有别于其他的教育,"一"对"一"的教学是它的教学特点,在教学中不能一刀切,要有针对性,做到对每一个学生因材施教,激发学生的创造性,拓展学生的想象空间。通过提升教师的自身素质和创造能力能使教学更加良性互动。 It is crucial to train creative and innovative talents during the teaching process of acting. This requires teachers to continuously improve their teaching methods and professional skills, so that the students will have an open mind and become creative talents of art. Nurturing their innovation spirit is dependent on their imagination, since rich i- magination is a must for an actor~ performance. Imagination is also the guidance of creation. Featuring one on one teach- ing, art education is very different from education of other subjects. In teaching art, there is no uniform way for all students. There must be personalized teaching method for each student so that the studentslimagination and creativity can be aroused. By improving the teachers'own qualities and ability to innovate, we can create a more lively teaching environment.
