摘要
批量拆卸是再制造过程中非常重要的一个环节,通过批量拆卸对于实现材料回收和可用零部件的再造有重要意义。针对多资源约束批量拆卸中选择性拆卸问题进行建模,建立以最大拆卸收益为目标的选择性拆卸优化模型,并采用CPLEX软件优化,以求得多资源约束条件下满足外部需求的选择性拆卸优化问题的优化解,并通过多种实例验证了模型的正确性和有效性。
Lot sizing disassembly is a key step in remanufacturing process. It plays an important part in material recycling and remanufacturing of recoverable components. Aiming at maximum disassembly revenue, a study on lot sizing of selective disassembly with multi-resource constraint is conducted. An optimization model is developed for it. The problem is then solved by using CPLEX. Numerical examples are presented to test the model. Result shows that the model is correct and effective
