摘要
依据服务质量环和质量功能展开(QFD)方法,建立一套系统的基于QFD的两阶段服务设计流程和服务QFD测量模型,建立服务要素(质量要素)重要性模糊评估模型及其修正模型。以某高校图书馆服务系统为研究对象进行详细的应用研究,获取图书馆服务系统设计中需要重点改善的服务要素和质量要素,为改善图书馆服务质量提供方法及应用指导。
By using the service quality loop and quality function deployment (QFD) method, a service QFD measurement model for a systematic two-step service design process is built. At the same time, a fuzzy evaluation model of service importance elements (quality factor) is established. Detailed study is conducted for a university library service system. It identifies the critical service elements and quality factors to be improved in the library service system design so as to improve the quality of library services.
