摘要
传统的商店管理模式只对商店静态数据进行分析和挖掘,无法对购物过程中的顾客动态购物信息进行分析。为了增加对顾客购物过程动态信息的分析,为管理者提供全面的顾客购物信息,在商店信息管理中引入RFID技术,通过LANDMARC定位技术获取顾客的运动轨迹,进而得到顾客感兴趣的商品,为商店管理者作出正确的决策提供大量有价值的数据。
Traditional store management mode only analyzed and mined on static data, and couldn't be able to analyze the customer't dynamic shopping information in the shopping process, in order to increase the customer dynamic information in shopping process, and provide comprehensive customer shopping information, Intended to introduce RFID technology in store management system, used the LANDMARC positioning technology to gain personnel trajectory and proposed store shelves shape of the design and placement,to provide a wealth of valuable data for store managers to make the fight decisions.
