一种促使下一代无线通信技术变革的新材料——石墨烯应用初探

摘要 全球下一代无线通信技术研究和标准制定已经启动,网络架构演进和创新技术的引入都遇到一些实现上的瓶颈。石墨烯这种新型材料自发现以来,由于它所具有的各项杰出物理特性,受到业界广泛关注。本文结合石墨烯材料当前研究成果,探讨其未来在无线领域从系统到终端存在的诸多应用领域,并阐述对下一代无线通信一些关键技术变革所起到的促进作用。 Researches and standard - setting of global next - generation wireless communications technology have been launched ,the evolution of the network architecture and the introduction of innovative technologies have encountered some implementation bottlenecks. Since the discovery of this new material graphene, it gets widespread attention because of the outstanding physical characteristics. In this paper, combined the current graphene researches and explore many existent applications from system to the terminal in the wireless field in future, also explain the promotion for the evolution of the next generation of wireless communication key technologies.
