通过对现代大型空分设备工艺流程的分析,根据其流程组织的特点制定了系统排液、加温、积液调纯方案,实施了带压排液技术、采用积液与调纯一体化作业等办法,在系统停、开车过程中予以实施,取得了较好的效果.

Through analyzing the process of modem large air separation equipments, according to the characteristics of their process organization, the schemes including systematic fluid discharging, heating and purity adjusting of accumulated liquid were established, the technique of fluid discharging with pres- sure was implemented, and the effusion and purity adjusting integrated operation was taken, then through implementing these measures within the startup and shutdown process of system, the good effects were ob- tained.
