摘要
针对莱钢铁水预处理→顶底复吹转炉→LF精炼→RH真空炉→板坯连铸生产管线钢工艺,采取系统取样,综合分析等方法,对LF处理前后,RH处理前后,中间包和铸坯中的T[O]、[N]含量和大型夹杂物进行系统研究.研究表明,铸坯中T[O]为18×10-6,[N]含量为58×10-6,稳态浇铸时,铸坯中夹杂物数量为2.23个/mm2,各项指标均达到很高的洁净度水平.
Aiming at the process of pipeline steels " hot metal pretreatment--~ top and bottom combined blown converter ---~LF refining --* RH vacuum furnace --~ slab continuous casting" , the systematic re- search on T[ O] ,I N] and large inclusions before/ after LF, before/ after RH, in tundish and in slab were carried out by systematic sampling and comprehensive analysis. The study result shows that, T[ O ] is about 18 × lO -6 [ N] is about 58 × 10-6 ,the number of inclusions in slab during stable casting is a- bout 2.23/ram2, so all indexes have reached the high cleanliness level.
