分析了φ650粗轧机孔型系统存在的问题,对φ650粗轧机孔型系统进行了优化,通过孔型优化设计,调整孔型压力配置,保证了钢材的表面质量和生产的稳定顺行,提高了钢材的成材率和生产效率.
The problems existing in the pass system of φ650 roughing mill were analyzed, of φ650 roughing mill was optimized. Through optimizing the pass design and adjusting the pass system the "pressure" configuration of pass, the surface quality of steel products and the stable operation of production were en- sured, the yield and production efficiency of steels were increased.
