摘要
针对Q440C级25^#门架槽钢在试生产过程中出现的角部裂纹、性能波动等问题进行分析.通过调整成分、改进脱氧工艺、去除夹杂物以及对轧钢设备适度改造等一系列措施,优化工艺流程.使Q440C质量得到明显改善,杜绝了角部裂纹问题,不充满和拉丝现象得到有效控制,各项性能指标满足产品质量要求.
Aiming at the problems of edge cracks and property fluctuation occurring during trial production of Q440C grade 25# channel steel for gantry, the corresponding analysis was carried out. Through adjusting chemical compositions, improving the deoxidation process, removing the inclusions and revamping the roiling equipments properly, the process flow was optimized. Thus the quality of Q440C steel was im- proved obviously, the problem of edge cracks was put to an end, meanwhile the unfilled and drawing phenomena were controlled effectively, each property index can meet the requirements of product quality.
