摘要
实验室研究110kg级的工程机械用钢(Q960D钢)轧制和热处理生产工艺,并进行工业试制,对轧后板材的显微组织和力学性能进行分析.主要试制工艺参数为:铸坯均热温度1200~1250℃,保温时间不少于50min,粗轧开轧温度1170~1210℃,粗轧终轧温度1140~1160℃,精轧开轧温度870~900℃,精轧终轧温度840~870℃,开冷温度780~810℃,终冷温度660~680℃,冷却速度6~8℃/s,淬火温度920℃,回火温度150和550℃.
The rolling and heat treatment process of Q960 steel for engineering machinery was studied in library, and its trial production was also carried out, the microstructure and mechanical properties of rolled plates were analyzed. The main parameters of trial production were as follows, the heating tempera- ture of slab was 1 200 - 1 250℃, holding for 50 min at least, the starting temperature within roughing rolling stage was 1 170 - 1 210℃, the finishing temperature within roughing roiling stage was 1 140 - 1 160℃, the starting temperature during finishing rolling stage was 870- 900℃, the finishing temperature during finishing rolling stage was 840 - 870℃, the starting cooling temperature was 780 - 810℃ ,the final cooling temperature was 660 -680℃, the cooling rate was 6 - 8℃/s, the quenching temperature was 920℃ ,the tempering temperature was determined at 150℃ and 550℃.
