巴氏合金/钢复合层的超声成像检测 被引量:1

摘要 针对巴氏合金/钢复合层的结构特点,采用手动超声方法和特征扫描成像方法对其复合层界面进行了检测。手动检测采用单直探头或双晶直探头,根据底面回波的幅值和复合层界面回波幅值的比较以评价复合层质量,而特征扫描成像方法采用聚焦探头,利用复合层界面回波的波幅变化和多次回波特征,以图像方式来显示缺陷的形貌特征,结果直观,判别准确,该方法对薄层巴氏合金复合层质量评定更为方便可行。 For the character of composite layer structure of the Babbitt alloy and steel, the manual ultrasonic method and feature scan imaging method were adopted to study the detection of composite layer . The manual ultrasonic method adopts single straight probe or twin straight probe. This method compares and evaluates the quality of composition by the bottom echo amplitude and the binding layer interface echo amplitude. The feature scan imaging method adopts focused probe. This method makes use of the amplitude change of binding layer interface echo and the features of the multiple echoes, and at the same time it shows the features of the defect with intuitive and credible result. The latter method is more convenient and feasible for the quality evaluation of the thin Babbitt alloy and steel composite layer.
