摘要
航空发动机故障诊断系统对提高发动机安全性和可靠性具有重要的意义,其性能评价指标包括故障检测率、故障定位率、虚警率等。为此,基于混合卡尔曼滤波器组诊断原理,针对民用航空发动机常见的四种故障搭建了发动机故障诊断系统。采用蒙特卡罗仿真方法,对故障诊断系统在发动机健康和性能退化两种情形下的性能评价指标进行了仿真验证。仿真结果表明,两种情形下诊断系统均满足发动机故障检测率98%以上、故障定位率90%以上、虚警率不大于1%的工程应用需求。
Aircraft engine fault diagnosis system is of great significance to improve the engine safety and reliability. Its performance evaluation indicators include the rates of fault detection, fault isolation and false alarm. A fault diagnosis system for four common faults of the commercial aircraft engine was developed based on a bank of hybrid Kalman filters. The performance evaluation indicators of the fault diagnosis sys- tem were evaluated using the Monte Carlo simulation method at both the health and degraded conditions. The simulation results show that at these two conditions the fault detection rate of the system is above 98% , the fault isolation rate is above 90% , and the false alarm rate is below 1%. It demonstrates that fault diag- nosis system meets the needs of practical applications.
