几丁质酶基因rs10494132T/C多态性与支气管哮喘的相关性研究 被引量:1

摘要 目的研究几丁质酶基因位点rs10494132基因多态性与支气管哮喘发病的相关性。方法选择133例支气管哮喘患者和90例正常对照,利用双脱氧链终止法测序进行rs10494132位点基因多态性分析,测定两组人群嗜酸性粒细胞绝对值(EO#)、血清总IgE水平及FEV1%(FEV1%占预计值百分比)。结果两组等位基因T和C分布、以及TT和TC基因型分布差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05)。支气管哮喘组中,不同基因型EO#、血清总IgE水平及FEV1%比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05或0.01)。同一基因型EO#、血清总IgE及FEV1%在两组间比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05或0.01)。结论湛江人群中几丁质酶基因rs10494132T/C位点多态性与支气管哮喘无明显相关,但可能与哮喘表型有关。 Objective To investigate the correlation between chitinase gene rs10494132 T/C polymorphism and bronchial asthma. Methods Chitinase gene rs10494132 T/C polymorphism was sequenced by dideoxy chain-termination method in 133 patients with bronchial asthma and 90 normal controls, and absolute value of eosinophils, total serum IgE levels and predicted value of forced expiratory volume in one second (FEVI% Pred) were also measured. Results The frequency of alleles T and C, TT and TC showed no significant differences between two groups (P〉0.05). Eosinophils, total serum IgE levels and FEVI% Pred were different among various genotypes of bronchial asthma patients and in the same genotype between two groups (P〈0.05 or 0.01). Conclusion Chitinase gene rs10494132 polymorphism is unrelated to bronchial asthma in Zhanjiang people, but may be correlated with asthma phenotypes.
