动态心电图在诊断老年女性无症状性心肌缺血中的应用被引量：2

摘要目的了解24h动态心电图在诊断老年女性无症状性心肌缺血(SMI)中的应用。方法选取我院老年女性SMI患者45例,采用美国DMS动态心电图分析系统进行24h的12导联同步记录,使用CM1、CM5、MaVF3通道同步记录24h心电图,记录时间从6:00至次日6:00。结果老年女性SMI患者出现ST段下移655阵次,平均14.56阵次/人,下移的幅度为(0.21±0.11)mV,心肌缺血持续时间平均为21.8min/次。ST段压低过程中伴有明显心率上升,发作前平均心率为(73.1±7.7)次/min,发作时平均心率上升至(90.1±11.5)次/min。ST段下移白天(6:00-18:00)出现460阵次,夜间(18:00至次日6:00)195阵次,白天是夜间的2.36倍,其中6:00-12:00出现361阵次(55.1%),12:00-18:00出现99阵次(15.1%),18:00-24:00出现131阵次(20.0%),24:00至次日6:00出现64阵次(9.77%)。结论 SMI是老年女性冠心病最常见的表现形式,24h动态心电图对检测老年女性SMI有重要意义。
