无机离子对羧甲基纤维素水溶液黏度影响的研究

摘要 本文用涂Ⅳ黏度计测定不同种类及不同添加量的阳离子和阴离子对1.0%CMC(w:w)溶液黏度的影响。结果表明:无论一价阴离子还是二价阴离子,Ca2+和Mg2+二价阳离子盐均能提高CMC溶液的黏度,尤其是Ca2+的效果更加明显,CaCl2和CaSO4可以分别将CMC溶液的黏度最大提高47.0%和48.1%。而对一价阳离子Na+盐而言,阴离子的作用就更为重要,NaCl使得CMC溶液的黏度降低,而Na2SO4也可在一定添加量内使CMC溶液的黏度提高。 In this paper, influences of different ions with different quantities on viscosities of 1.0% CMC aqueous solutions were investigated by coating - Ⅳ - viscometer. The results showed that the viscosities of CMC aqueous so- lutions could be raised by adding salts of both Ca2+ and Mg2 +, no matter anions were Cl - or SO024 + , especially, the influence of Ca2+ was more significant, e. g. , the viscosities of CMC aqueous solutions were increased maximally 47.0% and 48.1% by adding CaCl2 and CaSO4, respectively. Anions in sodium salts played more important roles in affecting the viscosities of CMC aqueous solutions, e. g. , adding NaCl into the solution made the viscosity of the solution decrease, but adding Na2SO4 made the viscosity of the solution increase at some additive concentration.
