摘要
本文研究了在生活用纸生产过程中浅层气浮回收装置的使用效果,特别是"辊子缠浆"现象产生的原因和回收浆料回用时的配抄工艺,并且将浅层气浮回收装置与多圆盘白水过滤机进行了对比。结果表明,浅层气浮回收装置通过单因素实验和正交实验方案优化后,"辊子缠浆"现象有明显改善,纸病有所减少;回收浆料的纤维平均长度0.5 mm,平均宽度10.5μm,完全满足回收利用的要求;将回收浆料直接泵入短纤碎浆机中回收利用,纸病、掉毛掉粉现象均明显减少,且延长了毛毯的使用寿命;与多圆盘白水过滤机相比,浅层气浮回收装置具有结构简单、投资省、操作方便、运行稳定和维修费用低等优点。
The application effect, especially the reasons of the phenomenon so called "pulp wrapping on the roll- er" , and the tissue papermaking technology with the recycled pulp by using a shallowly air - flotation white water recycling equipment were investigated. The comparison of the shallowly air - flotation equipment with a multiple - disk white water filter was also made. The results show that "pulp wrapping on the roller" phenomenon has been a significant reduced since conducting one -factor and orthogonal experiments as well as optimization, and that the paper defect has also been decreased obviously than before accordingly. The recycled pulp fiber average length is 0.5 mm and the average width is 10.5 μm, which can satisfy the needs for reuse completely. The phenomenon of paper defect and linting has a significant decrease, and the blanket life is extended, as the recycled pulp has been directly pumped into the pulper for hardwood pulp. The shallowly air - flotation equipment applied has the advanta- ges of a simple structure, low investment, easy operation, stable runnability, and low maintenance charge, com- pared with the multiple - disk white water filter.
