摘要
对从草浆碱回收白泥中制备的轻质碳酸钙填料的动态脱水性能及色相变化进行了研究。结果表明,未磨白泥轻质碳酸钙脱水效果较差,留着率低,需要经过必要的研磨解絮才能适应纸机湿部脱水需要;与商品加填轻钙相比,加填白泥轻质碳酸钙填料染色效果较差,色相偏绿,建议生产深色纸张时不使用白泥轻质碳酸钙。
The influences of precipitated calcium carbonate from lime mud on dynamic dewatering and color differ- ence were studied. The results show that grinding procedure is very important to increase dynamic dewatering effi- ciency and filler retention; compared to commercial precipitated calcium carbonate(PCC) filler, the dyeing ability of PCC from lime mud is poor, also the tone tends to green. So PCC from lime mud is not recommended for deep eolour paper production.
