摘要
为减少压缩机内高浓度丁二烯的聚合,应采用无油、无水的螺杆式压缩机。要控制压缩机入口、出口温度尽可能低,还要控制压缩机入口物料中的溶剂含量以缓解聚合情况。1,3-丁二烯是有毒性、易燃易爆的气体,为防止其泄漏,应选择有效的机械密封形式,以及密封性能较好的阀门、垫片等,同时电机应按照ⅡBT2选型设计,并设置可燃气体检测器等。丁二烯螺杆压缩机是大型转动设备,因此减振和降噪也是压缩机系统设计中必须考虑的安全措施。另外,设计时还要考虑到事故状态时为保证压缩机安全停车、卸载所需的安全联锁停车系统和安全排放系统。
For reducing polymerization of butadiene compressor,free oil and free water screw compressor should be used,suction and discharge temperature must be controlled as low as possible,and certain amount of solvent should be kept in the suction flow as well.1,3-Butadiene is toxic,explosive and flammable material.Therefore effective anti-leakage design can prevent fire and explosion resulting safe operation of butadiene compressor,such as using mechanic sealing for compressor,using well-sealed gaskets and valves,using anti-proof motors and installing gas detectors.Since this screw compressor is largescale rotating machine which can make large noise and heavy vibration,the reducing methods must be involved in the safety design of compressor system.Besides,the emergency interlock trip system and safety relief devices must be designed for compressor safe running.
