摘要
文章通过宏观观察、材质分析、金相检验、电镜及能谱分析的方法,对常顶循管线的开裂原因进行了检测和分析,结果表明管线的开裂形态由硫化物和氯离子共同作用而引起的奥氏体不锈钢TGSCC(穿晶型应力腐蚀开裂)解理断裂,并提出了防止此类事故发生的合理化建议。
Through macroscopic observation,chemical analysis,metallographic examination,SEM and EDAX,this paper tests and analyzes the reason for the cracking of overhead pipeline of CDU.The results show that the cracking type is TGSCC of austenitic stainless steel because of the effect of sulfide and chloridion.The paper also presents the reasonable suggestionsfor the prevention of such accidents.
