摘要
目的:通过对上海市对口支援都江堰市卫生人才培训效果评价,提出建立监控评价体系的重要性。方法:采用问卷调查方法,对都江堰市卫生人才培训人员和上海市各级医疗卫生机构带教老师进行问卷调查。结果:原计划培训时间与实际培训时间符合率只有46.82%;原工作岗位与培训岗位符合率只有68.70%。64.12%学员和61.41%带教老师对组织工作的总体评价为好;65.90%学员和54.70%带教老师认为培训预期目标达成情况为一般;学员认为影响培训效果的主要因素是:实践操作不够(20.10%)、语言沟通困难(15.27%)。带教老师认为影响培训效果的主要因素是:两地文化差异(45.97%),学员基础差(13.42%)。结论:建立监控评价体系是提高培训效果的有效措施。
ObjectiveTo show the importance of monitoring and control system on training by evaluating the training results of medical staffs from Dujiangyan in Shanghai.Methods Questionnaire surveys were conducted on training teachers from Shanghai medical institutions and trained medical staffs from Dujiangyan.Results 46.82% of trained medical staffs finished planned training sessions.The coincidence ratio of former worker post to training post was 68.70%.The organization on training was assessed good by 64.12%trained medical staffs and 61.41%training teachers.The ratios of thinking of training goals mostly finished were 65.90% among trained medical staffs and 54.70% among training teachers.Trained medical staffs thought that the main factors impacting training results were insufficient practice(20.10%),difficulty in language communication(15.27%).The training teaches thought that the main factors impacting training results were culture difference between Shanghai and Dujiangyan(45.97%)and poor capability of trained medical staffs(13.42%).Conclusion Setting up monitoring and control system on training is an effective measure to achieve better training results.
