新疆乡镇卫生院管理干部培训需求调查

Demand survey of township hospital administrators'training in a province of China

目的:了解新疆维吾尔自治区乡镇卫生院管理干部培训现况及培训需求。方法:于2011年11月至2012年1月对和田、昌吉州两地172名乡镇卫生院管理干部进行问卷调查了解相关信息。结果:乡镇卫生院管理干部男性占69.6%,以大专学历(54.1%)和初级职称(46.7%)为主;94.2%表示愿意接受医院管理知识和技能的培训或学习;54.7%认为培训最好由卫生厅举办,培训时间在1～2周为宜,授课教师最好是经验丰富的医院管理者,最佳的授课方式是案例解析、课堂讲授和互动研讨。培训内容应包括依法执业与医疗安全、突发公共卫生事件应急处理、行政管理和财务管理知识、政策法规等。影响培训效果的因素主要是培训内容、培训方式和培训教师的水平。结论:目前新疆乡镇卫生院管理干部学历和职称偏低,管理知识和技能薄弱,对卫生管理知识培训的需求较高。但培训中应注意选择适当的培训内容、培训时间、培训方式和授课教师,以保证培训效果。

Objective To know about the status quo and demands of township hospital administrators＇training in Xinjiang Uygur Autonomous Regions.Methods Using questionnaire method we got information of 172administrators of township hospitals in Hetian and Changji states from November 2011to January 2012and then analyzed the data.Results69.6percent of administrators of township hospitals in Hetian and Changji states was male,and 54.1percent of them had junior college degree and 46.7percent had primary professional title.94.2percent of administrators said that they would like getting training of hospital management knowledge and skills.54.7percent of administrators considered that the training had batter be held by Health Department,and one-to two-week session was the suitable training period.Teachers had better be experienced hospital administrators.And the better teaching methods were case study and discussion.The training content should include medical safety,the handling of emergency events of public health,knowledge and skills of administrative management and financial management,policies and regulations.Influence factors of training effectiveness included training contents,training methods and teacher.Conclusions Administrators of township hospitals in Xinjiang Uygur Autonomous Regions have lower academic degree and titles,a little knowledge and skills of management.However,they have higher management training demands.Training contents,period,approaches and teacher are influence factors of training effectiveness.
