白鹤社区开展家庭医生服务的问题和对策

Problems and countermeasures of family doctor services of a community in Ningbo

2011年9月起,宁波市江东区白鹤街道社区卫生服务中心作为家庭医生服务试点单位之一,在家庭医生服务探索工作中,存在承担签约主体争议、居民对家庭医生认知度低、家庭医生队伍建设滞后、政策配套不完善、服务内容缺乏可持续等问题,文章对此进行了分析并提出相关对策。

Baihe street community health service center has been one of the family doctor service experiment units since September 2011.During the exploration of how to develop the family doctor service work,we find some problems,such as disputation of who is subject of contract,residents＇low awareness of importance of family doctors,construction delay of family doctor team,imperfect supporting policies,unsustainable services,and so on.This paper also proposes the related countermeasures.
