安吉县医务人员狂犬病暴露防治知识问卷调查

Questionnaire survey on exposure control knowledge of rabies of medical staff of Anji county

目的:了解安吉县医务人员对狂犬病暴露防治知识的掌握程度,为开展狂犬病防治健康教育提供依据。方法:对安吉县2 000名医务人员进行关于狂犬病暴露防治知识问卷调查。结果:由于安吉县狂犬病暴露防治处置门诊仅县疾病预防控制中心门诊一家,其他医疗卫生单位医务人员很少接触,对狂犬病暴露防治知识明显缺乏。结论:建议相关部门加强对医务人员,尤其是基层卫生院及村卫生室医务人员狂犬病暴露防治知识健康教育,提高医务人员狂犬病防治知识的知晓率,再由医务人员对广大群众进行狂犬病暴露防治知识的宣传教育,以期达到预防甚至遏制狂犬病疫情的发生。

Objective To know about the level of exposure control knowledge of rabies of medical staff of Anji county,and to provide references for health education on rabies control and prevention.Methods Questionnaire survey was conducted on exposure control knowledge of rabies among 2000medical staffs of Anji county.Results Due to the fact that there was only one rabies outpatient department in Anji county,the other medical and health units had little knowledge of rabies control and prevention.Conclusions Health education on rabies control and prevention should be strengthened among medical staff,especially those working in township health centers and village clinics,to improve medical staff＇s knowledge awareness before they can publicize the knowledge to local residents so as to prevent and control the epidemic situation of rabies.
