ZOE糊剂与NZO糊剂根尖封闭性能的对比研究

Comparative study of apical sealing performance using ZOE paste and NZO paste

目的:对比2种根管充填材料的根尖封闭性能。方法:20个离体单根牙随机分为2组。采取常规开髓、拔髓后,以逐步后退法预备根管,侧向加压法进行充填。用染色渗透法检测2组微渗漏情况,比较其根尖封闭性能。结果:ZOE糊剂微渗漏均值显著;NZO糊剂微渗漏均值低。结论:ZOE糊剂根尖封闭性能差,NZO糊剂具有良好的根尖封闭性能。

Objective： To compare the apical sealing performance of two kinds of root canal filling materials.Methods： Twenty extracted teeth with single root were randomly divided into two groups.Odontotrypy and root canal preparation with gradually back method were performed.Lateral pressure way was used for filling.Microleakage conditions were detected with permeability method,in order to compare the apical sealing performance in two groups.Results： The mean of microleakage in ZOE group was higher than in NZO group.Conclusion： The sealability for root obturation of NZO paste was much better than ZOE paste.
