Er:YAG激光在老年人牙周非手术治疗中的应用 被引量：4

摘要 激光治疗牙周病的可行性及有效性一直受到人们的关注。Er:YAG激光对牙周病牙根表面有消毒、杀菌作用,并可有效去除菌斑、牙石及病变牙骨质,同时其治疗过程中无震动感和止血作用可减轻患者的恐惧。老年患者因其多伴有全身系统性疾病,一次诊疗耐受时间短,行动不便,可能更加适合激光治疗。本文从Er:YAG激光的治疗原理、安全性、对老年人牙周病和老年人种植体周围炎的基础及临床研究等方面作一综述。
