摘要
目的:探讨新型纳米β-磷酸三钙/胶原支架材料与兔自体骨髓间充质干细胞联合修复兔颌骨缺损的效果。方法:取兔红骨髓,采用全骨髓培养法,获得骨髓间充质干细胞,体外确定其成骨分化能力。与支架材料体外复合后回植入下颌骨10mm×8mm大小箱状骨缺损腔内。10w取材,组织切片观察成骨情况。结果:获得大量增生活跃3-4代兔骨髓间充质细胞,经体外鉴定可向成骨方向分化。与纳米β-磷酸三钙/胶原复合后体内成骨效果优于单纯纳米β-磷酸三钙/胶原。结论:兔BMSCs与Nβ-TCP/Co结合后回植入兔颌骨人工骨缺损区后,可以良好成骨,成骨较单纯纳米β-磷酸三钙/胶原复合体好。
Objective: To compare the effect between nano β-tricalcium phosphate/collagen(Nβ-TCP/Co) combining with bone mesenchymal stem cells(BMSCs) and N β-TCP/Co for alveolar bone restoration.Methods: Two rabbits were involved in this study.Artificial bone defects with the size of 10mm×8mm were prepared on both side.One side was repaired with Nβ-TCP/Co combining with BMSCs and the other side was repaired with Nβ-TCP/Co.After ten weeks,two rabbits were sacrificed.The mandibulars were examined by naked eye,and tissue slices.Results: Nβ-TCP/Co combining with BMSCs was superior to Nβ-TCP/Co on osteogenesis.Conclusion: Nβ-TCP/Co combining with BMSCs could rapidly repair alveolar bone defect.
