与慢性病理性疼痛相关的中枢神经GABA_A受体和NMDA受体的交互作用

摘要 各种疾病引起的慢性疼痛严重影响患者的身心健康,而疼痛信息传递和痛觉神经系统中的相关神经递质密切相关,N-甲基-D-门冬氨酸(N-methyl-D-asnartate,NMDA)受体和γ-氨基丁酸A型(γ-Aminobutyricacid,GABAA)受体作为中枢神经系统中重要的兴奋性和抑制性受体,通过和其在痛觉神经元突触胞膜上的特异性神经递质相结合传递,调制相关痛觉信息。新近有学者通过电生理和形态学等方法研究发现,神经元突触胞膜上NMDA受体和GABAA受体在慢性痛觉信息传递过程中发挥各自作用的同时,两种受体之间有着广泛的分子生物化学等信息交流,在传递痛觉信息过程中有明显的交互作用,通过总结上述两种受体在痛觉信息传递过程中相互调控机制,能够为进一步临床上治疗慢性病痛提供新的思路和方法。
