摘要
归纳了对于拉伸试验方法标准GB/T 228.1-2010中应力速率的三种理解,并分析了每种理解在标准宣贯和实施过程中出现的问题,提出了对于GB/T 228.1-2010中方法 B更为全面的描述及实施的具体方法;最后报告了用有证标准试样验证6种测试条件测定屈服强度的结果。
Three kinds of interpretation for the stress rates of tensile-test methods standards of metallic materials GB/T 228. 1 -- 2010 were sun,ned up, and relative problems of every interpretation producing in the standard implementation process were analyzed. A more comprehensive expression for method B of GB/T 228. 1-- 2010 as well as implement method was brought forward. The test results of yield strength (Rp0. 2 ) of certified reference samples under six different measurement conditions were reported.
