摘要 为了探讨GB/T 228.1-2010在实验室的具体实施能力,利用现有设备进行该标准中两种拉伸速率控制方法的拉伸试验。结果表明:Z100拉伸试验机可以采用引伸计控制应变速率实施方法 A,但对设备控制及人员操作要求较高,而且应变控制时实际应变速率超过误差限,偏离方法A;实验室其他拉伸试验机较难实施方法 A;采用标准中的方法 B控制拉伸速率,能满足对应变速率控制的要求,可以获得稳定可靠的测试结果。 In order to discuss the executive ability of GB/T 228. 1--2010 in laboratory, tensile test was done with two kinds of tensile rate control methods in the standard using the existing equipments in a laboratory. The results show that Z100 tensile test machine could be applied in strain rate control method (method A) with the aid of a extensometer, but the demand for equipment control and personnel operation were rather high, and the actual strain rate exceeded the error limits and deviated method A. All the other tensile test machines in the laboratory could not be applied in method A. Stable and reliable test results could be obtained with stress rate control method (method B) in the standard and it could meet the control requirements of the strain rate.
